《印度國家科學(xué)院院刊》A部分:《物理科學(xué)》是印度最古老的期刊之一，由印度國家科學(xué)院(印度最古老的科學(xué)院)于1930年創(chuàng)辦。不同科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究/評論論文，例如化學(xué)科學(xué)(分析、無機(jī)、有機(jī)、物理、理論化學(xué)、應(yīng)用化學(xué))、地球科學(xué)(大氣科學(xué)、地球科學(xué)、海洋學(xué)、地理學(xué)-科學(xué)方面)、工程科學(xué)包括工程技術(shù)(工程與工程科學(xué)、化學(xué)與材料技術(shù)、電子與電信、信息技術(shù)、儀器儀表)、數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)(純數(shù)學(xué)、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)/信息科學(xué))和物理科學(xué)(包括天文學(xué)、天體物理學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論物理學(xué)、應(yīng)用物理學(xué))，都在這本雜志上發(fā)表，以傳播科學(xué)知識和研究。發(fā)表的論文被世界領(lǐng)先的文摘機(jī)構(gòu)編入索引/摘要。論文經(jīng)相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的知名專家評審、編輯后發(fā)表;因此，一旦論文被有學(xué)識的評審人員接受，就能保證論文的質(zhì)量。

The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, India, Section A: Physical Sciences, is one of the oldest journals of India, launched in the year 1930, by the National Academy of Sciences, India (the Oldest Science Academy of India). The research/review papers of different fields of science, e.g. Chemical Sciences (Analytical, Inorganic, Organic, Physical, Theoretical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry), Earth Sciences (Atmospheric Sciences, Geo-Sciences, Oceanography, Geography-Scientific aspects), Engineering Sciences including Engineering Technology (Engineering and Engineering Science, Chemical and Material Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, Instrumentation), Mathematical Sciences (Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Information Science) and Physical Sciences (including Astronomy, Astrophysics, Experimental and Theoretical Physics, Applied Physics), are published in this journal for dissemination of the scientific knowledge and research. The papers published are indexed/abstracted by the leading abstracting agencies of the world. The papers are published after critical review and editing by the eminent experts of the concerned subject area; therefore, the quality publication is assured once the paper is accepted by the learned referees.
