《納米電子與光電子學(xué)報(bào)》(JNO)是一份國(guó)際性、跨學(xué)科的同行評(píng)議期刊，旨在將納米電子與光電子材料與器件領(lǐng)域新興的實(shí)驗(yàn)與理論研究活動(dòng)整合為一個(gè)單一而獨(dú)特的參考資源。JNO旨在促進(jìn)納米電子和光電子相互關(guān)聯(lián)和融合領(lǐng)域的跨學(xué)科研究成果的傳播。發(fā)表(i)原創(chuàng)性完整的研究論文(ii)重要的新科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的快速交流，以及(iii)及時(shí)的最新科技評(píng)論(附有作者的照片和傳記)，包括電子、光電和光子材料和器件科學(xué)和工程各個(gè)方面的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用研究。JNO涵蓋了以下廣泛定義的研究領(lǐng)域;半導(dǎo)體、無(wú)機(jī)、有機(jī)和混合納米結(jié)構(gòu)的電子和光學(xué)特性超晶格、量子結(jié)構(gòu)和其他納米結(jié)構(gòu)的電子應(yīng)用新型材料和納米結(jié)構(gòu)的光電和光子應(yīng)用納米電子電路與器件集成納米制造、加工和表征技術(shù)信息處理和光通信。

Journal of Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronics (JNO) is an international and cross-disciplinary peer reviewed journal to consolidate emerging experimental and theoretical research activities in the areas of nanoscale electronic and optoelectronic materials and devices into a single and unique reference source. JNO aims to facilitate the dissemination of interdisciplinary research results in the inter-related and converging fields of nanoelectronics and optoelectronics. JNO publishes (i) original full research papers (ii) rapid communications of important new scientific and technological findings and (iii) timely state-of-the-art reviews (with author’s photo and biography) encompassing the fundamental and applied research in all aspects of the science and engineering of electronic, optoelectronic and photonic materials and devices. JNO covers the following broadly defined research areas;Electronic and optical properties of semiconductor, inorganic, organic, and hybrid nanostructuresElectronic applications of superlattices, quantum structures, and other nanostructuresOptoelectronic and photonic applications of novel materials and nanostructuresNanoelectronic circuits and device integrationNanofabrication, processing and characterization techniquesInformation processing and optical communications.
