《發(fā)光雜志》的目的是為不同學科的科學家提供一種交流方式，他們對分子、離子和共價系統(tǒng)的電子激發(fā)態(tài)有共同的興趣，無論是晶體、非晶態(tài)還是液體。我們邀請關于下列主題的原始論文和評論：激子和偏振子動力學，局部激發(fā)態(tài)的動力學，有序和無序系統(tǒng)中的能量和電荷傳輸，輻射和非輻射重組，松弛過程，電子激發(fā)態(tài)中的病毒學相互作用，濃縮系統(tǒng)中的光化學、激發(fā)態(tài)共振、雙共振、自旋動力學、選擇性激發(fā)譜、空穴燃燒、激發(fā)態(tài)中的相干過程（如相干光學瞬態(tài)、光子回波、瞬態(tài)光柵）、多光子過程、光學雙穩(wěn)態(tài)、光致變色、以及研究激發(fā)態(tài)的新技術。本清單并非詳盡無遺。我們歡迎傳統(tǒng)光譜學領域的論文（吸收、mcd、發(fā)光、拉曼散射）。關于應用的論文（磷光體、閃爍體、電子和正電子發(fā)光、射線照相、生物成像、太陽能、能量轉換等），如果能提供科學成果，而不僅僅是技術成果，也是受歡迎的。然而，包含與激發(fā)態(tài)中的現(xiàn)象無關的純理論結果的論文，以及使用發(fā)光光譜學來執(zhí)行常規(guī)分析化學或生物化學程序的論文，都在《日刊》的范圍之外。編輯們可以自行決定一些例外情況。所有文件都將被引用。為了被接受，一篇論文必須向科學界展示一些真正的、引起高度關注的新穎成果。作者必須通過愛思唯爾編輯系統(tǒng)提交論文，接受或拒絕論文的最終責任由編輯承擔。我們將盡一切努力確保及時處理提交的文件。由于稿件處理時間通常是由審稿人的反應決定的，因此在可能出現(xiàn)延誤的情況下，作者應該理解。

The purpose of the Journal of Luminescence is to provide a means of communication between scientists in different disciplines who share a common interest in the electronic excited states of molecular, ionic and covalent systems, whether crystalline, amorphous, or liquid.We invite original papers and reviews on such subjects as: exciton and polariton dynamics, dynamics of localized excited states, energy and charge transport in ordered and disordered systems, radiative and non-radiative recombination, relaxation processes, vibronic interactions in electronic excited states, photochemistry in condensed systems, excited state resonance, double resonance, spin dynamics, selective excitation spectroscopy, hole burning, coherent processes in excited states, (e.g. coherent optical transients, photon echoes, transient gratings), multiphoton processes, optical bistability, photochromism, and new techniques for the study of excited states. This list is not intended to be exhaustive. Papers in the traditional areas of optical spectroscopy (absorption, MCD, luminescence, Raman scattering) are welcome. Papers on applications (phosphors, scintillators, electro- and cathodo-luminescence, radiography, bioimaging, solar energy, energy conversion, etc.) are also welcome if they present results of scientific, rather than only technological interest. However, papers containing purely theoretical results, not related to phenomena in the excited states, as well as papers using luminescence spectroscopy to perform routine analytical chemistry or biochemistry procedures, are outside the scope of the journal. Some exceptions will be possible at the discretion of the editors.All papers will be refereed. In order to be accepted, a paper must present some genuinely novel result of high interest to the scientific community. Authors must submit their papers through the Elsevier Editorial System, and the final responsibility for accepting or rejecting a paper rests with the editors. Every effort will be made to ensure that submitted papers are acted on promptly. Since manuscript processing time is usually determined by the reviewers' responsiveness, understanding in the case of possible delays is expected from the authors.
