信息系統(tǒng)管理（ISM）是基于管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行的學(xué)術(shù)研究、最佳實(shí)踐和見解的持續(xù)交流。該期刊的目標(biāo)是通過這次交流促進(jìn)信息系統(tǒng)管理的實(shí)踐。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)，ISM特寫了主題論文，研究一個特定的主題。除了主題論文外，該雜志還定期在IS管理中發(fā)表以下主題。實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略IT協(xié)調(diào)和能力信息技術(shù)治理首席信息官和IT領(lǐng)導(dǎo)角色信息技術(shù)采購規(guī)劃和管理企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)信息安全選擇和交付應(yīng)用程序解決方案投資組合管理管理復(fù)雜的IT項(xiàng)目電子商務(wù)技術(shù)支持知識工作目標(biāo)讀者群包括學(xué)者和從業(yè)者。因此，鼓勵將研究和實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來并為兩者提供啟示的意見書。所有提交的手稿都要經(jīng)過編輯的初步評估，如果認(rèn)為適合進(jìn)一步考慮，還需要由獨(dú)立的匿名專家評審員進(jìn)行同行評審。所有同行評審都是雙盲的。提交的文件通過網(wǎng)上學(xué)術(shù)一手稿。

Information Systems Management (ISM) is the on-going exchange of academic research, best practices, and insights based on managerial experience. The journal’s goal is to advance the practice of information systems management through this exchange.To meet this goal, ISM features themed papers examining a particular topic. Hence, submissions integrating research and practice, and providing implications for both, are encouraged. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial evaluation by the Editors and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert reviewers. All peer review is double blind. Submissions are made online via ScholarOne Manuscripts.
