這本雜志有很長的歷史，因為它是名為“水泥”的月刊的延續(xù)，過去它是波蘭水泥廠聯(lián)盟的出版物。它的第一期出版于1930年12月。該期刊主要關注混凝土技術的普及。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)使這本雜志的出版中斷了幾年，然而，第一期《水泥》早在1945年8月出版。1950年，擴大了“水泥”月刊的主題范圍，也導致了“水泥石灰石膏”標題的變更。1989年波蘭經(jīng)濟轉型和自由市場經(jīng)濟建立后，該期刊大大增加了對混凝土化學研究的關注。因此，有必要強調(diào)出版物標題的這種變化。1996年1月，該期刊以新標題“水泥石灰混凝土”出版。此外，編輯委員會的組成也有所擴大，邀請了一些世界著名學者加入。世界各地的作者發(fā)表的作品增加了。

The periodical has a very long history, since it constitutes a continuation of the monthly entitled "Cement", which used to be a publication of the Union of the Polish Cement Factories. Its first issue came out in December 1930. The periodical was primarily concerned with the popularization of concrete technology. The Second Word War brought about a break of several years in the publication of the periodical, however, the first issue of "Cement" appeared as early as August 1945. In 1950, the range of topics of the "Cement" monthly was expanded, which also resulted in the change of the title to "Cement-Lime-Gypsum". After the economic transformation in Poland and the establishment of the free-market economy in 1989, the periodical considerably increased the focus on the research dedicated to concrete chemistry. As a result of this it became necessary to emphasize this change in the title of the publication. The first issue of the periodical under the new title "Cement-Lime-Concrete" appeared in January 1996. Also the composition of the Editorial Committee was expanded and a number of distinguished world-famous scholars were invited to join it. The number of the published works of the authors from all over the world was increased.
