基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)與生物信息學(xué)(GPB;《ISSN 1672-0229, CN 11-4926/Q》是由中國(guó)科學(xué)院北京基因組研究所、中國(guó)遺傳學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)主辦，愛思唯爾與科學(xué)出版社雙月刊聯(lián)合出版的英文國(guó)際期刊。GPB將于2013年開放。該雜志的出版物是來(lái)自世界各地在基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)領(lǐng)域的高質(zhì)量論文。對(duì)于提交給GPB的稿件，將在5天內(nèi)作出直接拒收、直接接受或進(jìn)一步審核的決定。此外，GPB還提供印刷稿件，所有被接受的稿件都可以在印刷前在線獲得，以便快速傳播?；蚪M學(xué):功能基因組學(xué)，進(jìn)化基因組學(xué)，比較基因組學(xué)，表觀遺傳學(xué)，轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué):蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)譜，蛋白質(zhì)復(fù)合物的結(jié)構(gòu)，功能，性質(zhì)和相互作用，代謝組學(xué)生物信息學(xué):基因組分析、序列分析、遺傳與群體分析、系統(tǒng)遺傳學(xué)、基因表達(dá)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、web服務(wù)器、算法、工具和軟件，重點(diǎn)研究基于高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)的大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)分析城規(guī)會(huì)歡迎世界各地提交下列類別的意見書:高質(zhì)量的研究論文，呈現(xiàn)新穎的數(shù)據(jù)和想法描述創(chuàng)新方法、工具和技術(shù)的論文，以及為廣大讀者提供主要科學(xué)信息的資源綜合評(píng)論可以是完整的文章，也可以是與作者研究相關(guān)的小評(píng)論對(duì)新發(fā)現(xiàn)、科學(xué)政策和研究建議的評(píng)論和意見

Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics(GPB; ISSN 1672-0229, CN 11-4926/Q), a peer-reviewed international journal in English, is sponsored by Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Genetics Society of China, and jointly published by Elsevier and Science Press bi-monthly. GPB will be Open Access in 2013.The publications of the journal are high-quality papers from all over the world in the fields of genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics. For manuscripts submitted to GPB,direct rejection, direct acceptance or further review will be decided within 5 days.
