Audiology and Neuro-Otologyí provides a forum for the presentation of outstanding papers on the auditory and vestibular systems. In view of the interdisciplinary nature of the science of hearing, this journal, by acting as a bridge between basic and clinical disciplines, aspires to promote an active and stimulating exchange of ideas. It aims not only to present results from the most advanced research on hearing and balance, but also to offer review articles on current topics written by leading scientists. The journal is of primary importance for all scientists and practitioners working in audiology and related disciplines, including those involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of systems for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of hearing disorders.
