《土木與機(jī)械工程檔案》（ACME）出版了理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)原始研究文章，這些文章從結(jié)構(gòu)工程、材料力學(xué)和材料科學(xué)三個(gè)主要領(lǐng)域探索或開(kāi)發(fā)新的思想和技術(shù)。該雜志的目的是推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)工程相關(guān)的科學(xué)，重點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)械和機(jī)械系統(tǒng)。該雜志還通過(guò)發(fā)表彈性、塑性、流變學(xué)、疲勞和斷裂力學(xué)方面的最新發(fā)現(xiàn)，促進(jìn)了材料力學(xué)領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)步。該雜志的第三個(gè)領(lǐng)域是材料科學(xué)，重點(diǎn)是金屬、復(fù)合材料等，它們的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能以及評(píng)估方法。除了研究論文外，編委會(huì)還歡迎對(duì)專門主題的最新評(píng)論。所有這些文章都必須在提交前提交給總編輯進(jìn)行審查。只有在提交前經(jīng)過(guò)總編輯批準(zhǔn)的文章才能提交給期刊進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步處理。在提交前階段的批準(zhǔn)并不保證接受發(fā)表，因?yàn)樗械恼撐亩家?jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)常規(guī)的仲裁程序。ACME不接受包含以下內(nèi)容的手稿：?沒(méi)有實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和/或?qū)^(guò)程沒(méi)有新見(jiàn)解的模擬。?對(duì)材料特性或產(chǎn)品性能的分析，而不參考導(dǎo)致其產(chǎn)生的工藝或其應(yīng)用。

Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering (ACME) publishes both theoretical and experimental original research articles which explore or exploit new ideas and techniques in three main areas: structural engineering, mechanics of materials and materials science.The aim of the journal is to advance science related to structural engineering focusing on structures, machines and mechanical systems. The journal also promotes advancement in the area of mechanics of materials, by publishing most recent findings in elasticity, plasticity, rheology, fatigue and fracture mechanics.The third area the journal is concentrating on is materials science, with emphasis on metals, composites, etc., their structures and properties as well as methods of evaluation.In addition to research papers, the Editorial Board welcomes state-of-the-art reviews on specialized topics. All such articles have to be sent to the Editor-in-Chief before submission for pre-submission review process. Only articles approved by the Editor-in-Chief in pre-submission process can be submitted to the journal for further processing. Approval in pre-submission stage doesn't guarantee acceptance for publication as all papers are subject to a regular referee procedure.ACME does not accept manuscripts containing:? Simulation with no experimental verification and/or which gives no new insight into the process.? The analysis of material properties or product performance without reference to the processing which caused them or their application.
