這個雜志的目的是提供一種交換媒介,科學(xué)家從事應(yīng)用科學(xué)(物理、數(shù)學(xué)物理、自然和技術(shù)科學(xué))之間存在一個非平凡的相互作用的數(shù)學(xué),數(shù)學(xué)建模的系統(tǒng)和數(shù)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)方法面向?qū)嶋H物理系統(tǒng)的定性、定量分析。本雜志的主要興趣范圍如下:應(yīng)用科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型;數(shù)學(xué)物理和技術(shù)科學(xué)模型的定性和定量分析的數(shù)學(xué)方法;數(shù)學(xué)模型或?qū)嶋H系統(tǒng)的數(shù)值和計(jì)算機(jī)處理。將特別注意非線性和隨機(jī)方面的分析。在上述限制范圍內(nèi)，鼓勵所有使用數(shù)學(xué)的領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)家向期刊提交研究和評論論文。理論和應(yīng)用論文都將考慮出版。高質(zhì)量，新穎的內(nèi)容和應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用科學(xué)和技術(shù)問題的潛力將是選擇發(fā)表在雜志上的論文的指導(dǎo)方針。本刊只刊登內(nèi)容新穎的文章。偶爾會有書評、公告和教程文章。

The purpose of this journal is to provide a medium of exchange for scientists engaged in applied sciences (physics, mathematical physics, natural, and technological sciences) where there exists a non-trivial interplay between mathematics, mathematical modelling of real systems and mathematical and computer methods oriented towards the qualitative and quantitative analysis of real physical systems.The principal areas of interest of this journal are the following:Mathematical modelling of systems in applied sciences;Mathematical methods for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of models of mathematical physics and technological sciences;Numerical and computer treatment of mathematical models or real systems.Special attention will be paid to the analysis of nonlinearities and stochastic aspects.Within the above limitation, scientists in all fields which employ mathematics are encouraged to submit research and review papers to the journal. Both theoretical and applied papers will be considered for publication. High quality, novelty of the content and potential for the applications to modern problems in applied sciences and technology will be the guidelines for the selection of papers to be published in the journal. This journal publishes only articles with original and innovative contents.Book reviews, announcements and tutorial articles will be featured occasionally.
