《國(guó)際藥理學(xué)雜志》發(fā)表了關(guān)于化學(xué)物質(zhì)影響生物系統(tǒng)的作用機(jī)制的全文、簡(jiǎn)短的通訊和快速通訊。該期刊還考慮了一些簡(jiǎn)短的評(píng)論（不超過(guò)12頁(yè)的印刷版），這些評(píng)論旨在討論其范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的最新進(jìn)展。全文和短文通訊分為以下幾類(lèi)：行為藥理學(xué)、神經(jīng)藥理學(xué)和鎮(zhèn)痛學(xué)、心血管藥理學(xué)、肺、胃腸和泌尿生殖藥理學(xué)、內(nèi)分泌藥理學(xué)、免疫藥理學(xué)和炎癥藥理學(xué)、分子和細(xì)胞藥理學(xué)。提交給期刊的手稿被接受的前提是：（1）它們需要接受編輯審查；（2）它們沒(méi)有也不會(huì)全部或部分發(fā)表在任何其他期刊上；（3）遵守赫爾辛基宣言的建議和國(guó)際公認(rèn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物使用原則。

The International Journal of Pharmacology publishes full-length papers, short communications and rapid communications on the mechanisms of action of chemical substances affecting biological systems. The journal also considers short reviews (not exceeding 12 pages in print) intended to debate recent advances in rapidly developing fields that are within its scope. Full-length papers and short communications are grouped under the following headings: Behavioral pharmacology, Neuropharmacology and analgesia, Cardiovascular pharmacology, Pulmonary, gastrointestinal and urogenital pharmacology, Endocrine pharmacology, Immunopharmacology and inflammation, and Molecular and cellular pharmacology. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are accepted on the understanding that: (1) they are subject to editorial review, (2) they have not been and will not be published in whole or in part in any other journal, and (3) the recommendations from the declaration of Helsinki and the internationally accepted principles in the use of experimental animals have been adhered to.
