　　投稿信是指在初次提交論文稿件時，需要隨論文一并發(fā)送給期刊編輯的一封信。投稿信是向期刊編輯宣傳投稿論文的唯一途徑，也是編輯在收到稿件后看到的第一份文檔。注意，投稿信的遣詞造句要有禮貌，信息要言簡意賅。

　　3、催稿信(Reminder letter)

　　一般來說，SCI論文投稿的審稿周期為1-3個月，部分雜志的審稿周期較長。如果作者在論文投稿后，稿件長期是” With editor”或” Under review”的狀態(tài)，那么不妨給編輯發(fā)一份態(tài)度誠懇的催稿信，委婉地說明你著急等待的理由。注意寫清稿件號、投稿時間、文章標(biāo)題、催稿理由等。

　　催稿信模板：

　　Dear Editor,

　　I am very sorry to disturb you. I am a Ph.D candidate of …, and I will be graduated in May,2012. However, I am worrying about that because I need another accepted or published paper so that I can get the qualification to be graduated. 　　4、修改稿回信(Response letter)

　　修改稿回信是作者根據(jù)投稿論文審稿意見，修改好論文后給編輯以及審稿人回信，它實際上是由給編輯的信和回答審稿人意見兩部分組成。修改稿回信要做到有理、有利、有節(jié)。

　　包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容：1)全面回復(fù)編輯和審稿人的所有意見，在每一點(diǎn)意見后面都提供清楚詳細(xì)的回復(fù);2)將審稿意見與回復(fù)內(nèi)容區(qū)別開來�？梢詫�審稿意見加粗，與回復(fù)內(nèi)容做區(qū)別;3)將審稿意見分類;4)與審稿意見出現(xiàn)分歧時，回答要清晰且有依據(jù)，態(tài)度端正，不要表現(xiàn)出負(fù)面情緒;5)對論文中任何增加、刪除和修改都要單獨(dú)說明。
